Ever have a problem going through a merchant's or the auction house's list of recipes, schematics, or patterns, and trying to quickly figure out which ones you already know and which ones you don't?

Well, fret no more, cause RecipeKnown is here!

RecipeKnown will send out brilliant little Gnomes* with a magic crayonbox, and color all the recipes you already know! It'll even color recipes your alternate characters know!

* Note: These Gnomes are not intelligent. You must open your tradeskill windows at least once before they'll know what recipes to color!

To access the command-lines, simply type /recipeknown or /rk!

All of my Addons can now be downloaded from one convenient spot!

- 5.0.x TOC support.
- Added 4.3-5.1 Pets.
- Lockbox Tooltips will now state the profession/skill the person uses to open the box.
- Lockbox Tooltips will now list people who can learn recipes that will open the box.
- People with multiple skills that can open Lockboxes will now have all their skills shown. So Rogue Engineer Blacksmiths will have 3 listings on the Lockbox tooltips.
- Fixed a lockbox bug that wouldn't list anyone unless at least 1 person could unlock the box.
- Fixed a bug that would think the Rope Pet Leash was actually a pet.
- Update and Scan functions will now properly update Cooking and First Aid.
- Fixed a scanning bug.

- RecipeKnown now works in the zhCN locale, thanks to simshi on WoWInterface!

- Fixed some coloring issues. Recipes will now color the way they were meant to!
- Fixed a bug where Recipes for pets would think they ARE pets.
- Fixed a bug that would spam the unknown pet message. These messages will now display only once.

Hmm... You can try moving your wtf/Account/(account name)/SavedVariables/recipeknown.lua file out of that directory, and load WoW. That might fix it. If not, then move it back. I'll get a fix in place for the next release, just in case...

Tried, no change......addon is disabled until a fix is released. Hope it's soon!

I've actually had that support for a while now on my code-server over on GoogleCode. Anyone can download the latest patches and code from there. I only package them up when there's an immediate release need or when I have a good number of updates.

Mount support is on my to-do list! I'll see about stepping up the time-table though.

As for Zookeeper, I'll look into it and see what I can do! There shouldn't be an issue unless Zookeeper hijacks Blizzard's pet-count functions...

You just need to open your professions, and it should read the data. When it finds a recipe it can color, it should color it. Meaning, open your Cooking profession (for example) then go to the auction house, and look up Cooking recipes. The ones you already know should color green. Ones you can't learn should be red, and ones you CAN learn should be the normal color. (This is assuming you don't have an addon like Auctioneer that changes the way recipes look in the search function.)

There currently are no command-lines. I haven't had a chance to add them back in, and I'm still working on an visual interface. Sad part is, I'm out of game time, so I can't finish this right now...

Sadly, I don't have any money to support my WoW habit, so I haven't been able to work on this since Xmas.

However, there IS a working Beta version over at WoWUI. Hopefully it should hold people over until I'm able to come back, either by getting work, or having people make paypal donations... (hint, hint, wink, wink! ^_^' )

You could take it one step further and reserve another color for profession of alts (although if this was implemented it should probably be optional)

After thinking about it, I'm gonna gray out recipes, but only if NO ONE can learn them. Every other possibility will be available as colors and will show accordingly.

I'm tempted to drop the "modes" and just have every change an option you can turn on & off...
