YurrCombatLog is a replacement for Blizzard_CombatLog in the style of SimpleCombatLog.

Features

Lightweight
Replace Blizzard_CombatLog events with a reformatted events so it's faster to read what information you want when the combat log is scrolling very fast
Colors of names are different for You, Pets, Enemies, Party, Raid, Guardians/Totems or color names by their class
Fully customizable filtering system
Blacklisting of auras to prevent spamming
Watch single units to see what happened to them (death tracking). Useful in raids to see why a tank died for example
Custom quick button frame like the one from Blizzard_CombatLog more tiny
Load on Demand options

Usage

type /ycl to open the settings
YurrCombatLog provides a LibDataBroker-1.1 object. You will need a display addon like ButtonBin, Carousel, Fortress, StatBlockCore, ChocolateBar, DockingStation, NinjaPanel or Titan Panel to name just a few.

Well ive deleted old addon and saves, extracted new 1 in addons folder and thats it, didnt set anything on the addon just puted and even if i turn on/off filters on the side of combat log tab still it always shows everything. If u want i can post addons list here?

Hm, that's very strange. I'm not using PhanxChat myself, have you tried to disable PhanxChat with YurrCombatLog enabled?
Have you changed the output frame of YurrCombatLog or do you use the default settings?

I was thinking about to implement this, I might do that some time. It's not something I'd need in my interface, for the moment YCL doesn't have such an option, sorry.

Different small bug, not sure you are aware of: When you click on the Color tab, and select Self. You are able to pick a color, hit "Ok" and the color changes like its suppose to in the combat log. When you click on the Color tab, and select Heals. You are able to pick a color, hit "Ok", but the color does not change in the combat log, until you relog or reload the UI. Took me awhile to figure this out, as i thought i was just doing something completely wrong with changing the Heals color, but it simply required a reload ui.

I can set up everything perfectly on my druid, can reload, log off and on, everything is fine. When i log onto my hunter, on another server, the settings are reset for both the hunter, and the druid when i change back over. This is with version v0.67 -I also deleted all saved variables, and did a fresh install. Still same problems listed above. Last edited by Angrysteel : 07-02-09 at 02:12 AM.

everypatch brings more bugs than it seems to clears ~_~

i'll turn the addon off until a new update.

maybe a "pulldown" button within the combat log window would be a better idea for the "filterbuttons".
