Dailies Quest Tracker 

I got this today, been looking for an addon like this for a while. Just a few things......

I find that when the addon is enable, QuestGuru will no longer open my questjournal up at the selected quest. I know it's a different addon, but this only happens when DQT is running and if I disable it it goes back to working fine. Mainly just an annoyance but annoying all the same.

Secondly this led me to what seems to be another bug. If I disable the addon through dropdown menu, then open up FuBar and re-enable it, it stops registering the daily updates (quests picked-up, completed etc) until you logout and back in again.

It's been about two months since Fritos posted anything, I hope he hasn't gotten burned out.

Out of the dozens of addons I use, DQT is probably my favorite.

I realy hope this addon gona work again someday it was damn good for me.

Ok, I know I got the right mod this time so anyone whos seem this post on other mods please keep your comments to yourself ;-)

Anyway, to the mod author... how do I disable all the what looks to be debugging text that fills up my chat window ? It looks something like this with 50 or more lines.

I am not running Fu whateveritis but there is nothing on the minimap.

How do I get the configuration UI to display?

- Until I open my map the dailiestracker does not initialize (and the tracking window fills out with x/x/xx) , meaning it will not auto-gossip quests like the Warsong Gulch Daily PVP Quest.

- If I do not initialize the dailiestracker (see above), and try to abandon a daily quest, it will fail with an error related to the area around line 761 in dailiestracker.lua

- The function; function Dailies:GOSSIP_SHOW() has a line that tries to concatenate DPLayerclass and englishFaction, but this value (englishFaction) is not initialized in many cases. I solved this by initializing it in the start of the code, where you have englishFaction = nil, using

englishFaction = string.upper(UnitFactionGroup("player"))


- I had to disable Cartographer_QuestInfo or WOW would ultimately crash when DailiesTracker and this was loaded.

Do you have plans to add the Argent Tournament dailies to DQT? Or is there a way to explain how to add them to the LUA manually?

Is there an ETA on the next Version Fritos? Also if you need Beta Testers let me know!

any know how to disable the quest complete sound its the only thing i dont like about it or atleast how to change it to one that fits better like the orc work complete or ally jobs done sound atm i use carbonite for sounds to quests complete and 2 sounds is just to much hehe

I have a minimap mod that I use to move it to the bottom middle of my screen for my UI layout. DQT is attaching its window to the bottom of that, forcing it to display off the bottom of my screen. Not very useful. :/ Is there a way to reposition the DQT window?

Backup your DQT files first. Open DailiesQuestTracker.lua in a plain text editor such as Notepad. Find line 74 that looks like this:

-- Set Debugger
local DailiesDebugEnabled = true

And change the "true" to "false" (without the quotes). No more spam.

Ok, I log in, and i get all the "quest name: loaded" messages...
But when I open the map, I get more messages, one of them says "Retriution Aura" if I have it buffed... anyway to hide these messages?
