I have written a new action bar addon, called Dominos, and am no longer supporting this one. Please feel free to try it out, along with Trinity Bars, and Bartender 3

Bongos3 is a main action bar replacement designed be both powerful, yet lightweight and easy to use.

Included Addons:

  • Bongos - The core addon.
  • Bongos_AB - The action bar portion of Bongos.
  • Bongos_CastBar - A casting bar replacement. Colors the bar based on if the spell being cast is helpful, harmful or neutral. Also includes a timer.
  • Bongos_RollBar - Makes the dialogs that pop up when rolling on items movable.
  • Bongos_Stats - A movable framerate, latency, and addon memory usage indicator.
  • Bongos_XP -A movable experience/reputation bar.
  • Bongos_Options - A load on demand options menu.

  • Every bar can be moved, hidden, and have its scale and opacity altered
  • Sticky bars - Each bar can be anchored to any other bar

EDIT: Congrats, it's messed up pretty nicely :P

Did a rollback to 1.1 and the bars came back, but there's a doubling issue (skill placed in Column 2 will also appear in 1, and vice versa).

Got the same problem. Now i'm using version 1.1 again until 1.2 gets fixed.

That's quite strange... I hope I didn't slipped somewhere in the code.

EDIT: Tuller changed the code a bit but forgot that the click function isn't compatible with the new text show/hide system. I will try to send him the bug fix today.

EDIT-2: I fixed the show/hide text bug (sent it to Tuller), and I think I know what is causing the "always show xp" bug, but I don't have a solution right now.

Me too. Solution: Remove LibKeyBound, and instead, download the current LibKeyBound-1.0 from Ace.

I am starting to believe that "embedded" libraries are pretty much doomed to malfunction.

Maybe you should try to delete your SavedVariables.

I'm sure that will solve your problem. Especially since you "converted" from Bongos2 to Bongos3, and the lua files have the same name.

The latest release (1.2c) fixes the directory structure problem, but also causes Bongos to fail to load for me.

Doing a directory compare reveals that the only files that have changed are LibKeyBound-1.0 (which seems to have substantial code additions from 75093 to 75185) and its associated localizations. I always delete the directories and start new. In game, the error is as follows:

Perhaps some unintended interaction with Bagnon? Reverting to Bongos 1.2b (or simply, LibKeyBound-1.0 75093 included in 1.2b from the newer 75185 included in 1.2c) causes no errors OnLoad and fixes the loading problem.

It exists... You may have moved it off screen? I don't recall whether or not they're clamped.

You configure the bag bar just like you would configure a normal bar. Click on the Bongos icon by the minimap, and right click the bag bar afterwards, just like it says in the tooltips.
OMG take a look at the screenshot... there's NO BAG BAR anywhere....

No bag bar, no option to show a bag bar...

Im tried to read the the WIKI of your Bongos3 ..
But my network can`t link to the page server.. I can`t refer more details..
Could somebody copy the details that how to setup manual paging to me please?

Thanks for the response Lindalas! If I understand correctly, this will need to be modified to support the new color adjustments in button facade. Since the version on WoWace is 3 weeks old, it was created before that option was added. I'm assuming therefore that it still needs to be added. Is that working for anyone with the new color adjustments?
