This is the continuation of Comix.

Thanks to Si63 for letting me continue it.

if you have any bug reports or feature requests please post them here in the ticket system. Comix is a plain Fun Addon. It's sole purpose is to keep you entertained. It doesn't do anything useful but the EntertainYourFaceOff™ technology contained in the package is sure to keep you amused for hours, and you won't even know why

In plain english: It shows a Image and plays a sound when you crit. These Images and Sounds are done in Comic Style. but it can do so much more....

Features:

cool stuff happens on Crits (heals and damage) plays fancy sounds plays sounds ripped from other things keeps track of up to 2 useless statistics now includes a bad joke detector an awesome objection system a drama button for the unnecessary drama in the game (all drama - its a game people :P) now incorporates the Supermassive Fail mod for all the times when saying fail on its own just doesn't cut it (try using /awesome instead of /fail sometime too you'll be glad you did :P) and more.....

A note on /fail and /awesome:

/fail and /awesome are both used like this example:

/awesome say this is ~ (double )

this will make you say (in say) this is [Pure Awesome]

the ~ (double ) marks where you want the supermassive fail or the pure awesome to go

valid choices for where to send the message are: say, emote, yell, party, guild, officer, raid, rw (for raid warning), bg (for battleground), afk or dnd

PS: The Way i loaded 'images' and 'sounds' is somehow copied from the Author of the addon Critman. I really liked the way he did that cause ppl can modify Images and Sounds easy this way. the new flash gfx were ripped from the mod Instabolt, which i think ripped them from somewhere else so no hard feelings

I love this addon when im not using My standard UI.. NuI but i love my NuI...

was wonddering if theres a way to work with both of them

Some times I get it to go off no issues and then others I get

WoW is very protective of the worldframe while in combat, the problem is sometimes it seems to taint when it tries to shake this frame

the main problem is that i haven't been able to get any consistent information as to why its happening which makes it very hard to track down

I get the taint occasionally and sometimes i don't get it at all during a play session

i currently have no idea how to fix it, or even if it can be fixed

the only thing i could think of is that the flag for shaking is being turned off too early, ive changed it, but you'll have to wait till the next update to see if it solves your problem

Happens most often on those with high crit, like my warrior who has 33%. Also have noticed it to a lesser degree on my paladin, who has 20%. It is a rare thing, as I don't see it on a daily basis with either of them, but it happens.

EDIT: Here's a picture. See the top of the frame and the right side are black. It's always the top and the right sides that this happens on too.

you could always replace the sounds you dont like with sounds you do like

i love this mod the only problem i have is i havent found a way to enable only certain sounds. i love the slashing sound but thats the only thing i want to hear on crits minus major crits. is ther a way i can do that. if not can you put an option in for that.

Looking through what else i have, I don't see anything that would affect that part of the game, but a thought did occur to me. What if there are two shakes that overlap, and the second one gets it's position information from the first shake that is currently in progress? That might cause it to restore to an incorrect position. Shouldn't the worldframe's correct position always be something like 0,0 anyways? I mean, it's not exactly something that you would expect to be anywhere else.

I didnt write the screen shaking code myself, but from reading through it I dont see how this could happen, when the mod starts the screen shake it takes the worldframe position and stores it, and when the shake finishes it will restore the world frame to its original positon.
