Broker Reincarnation  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 7.1.0.0
by: Phanx [More]

I am no longer developing or maintaining World of Warcraft addons. I haven't played in years, and don't have the time or interest to continue working on addons for a game I don't play anymore. If you are an addon author interested in continuing one of my addons, please see https://phanx.net/addons/. If you are an addon user, sorry, but there won't be any more fixes or updates from me.
Monitor your Reincarnation cooldown on your DataBroker display.

Features
  • Shows your Reincarnation cooldown on your DataBroker display
  • Tells you when Reincarnation comes off cooldown
  • Remembers the date and time you last used Reincarnation
  • Remembers how many times in total you've used Reincarnation
  • Right-click for options
Need a DataBroker display? Try Bazooka for an info bar, StatBlockCore for individual info boxes, or Barrel for minimap icons.

This addon was previously called AnkhUp. However, the Reincarnation ability has not required ankhs or any other reagents in quite some time, and the addon's feature-set has diminished accordingly; this new name more accurately reflects its current purpose and functionality.
Feedback
Post a ticket on GitHub or post a comment on this page. If you are reporting a bug, please read this first. If you are requesting a feature, be aware that I consider this addon to be complete, and will probably not add any new features.
Language Support
Works in all languages. Translated into English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Português, Русский, 한국어, 简体中文, and 正體中文. You can add or update translations for any language on the CurseForge project page.
History & Credits
Broker: Reincarnation was previously named AnkhUp, and before that, Ankh Cooldown Timer, which was originally written by Starforce of Shattered Hand (EU).

Hi all,

I just wanted to post a quick comment letting you all know that Ankh Cooldown Timer is not abandoned. It's still fully functional, and I still use it myself, but I simply haven't had time lately to work on it. I do have some plans for improvements in the future though!

2. Delete ACT, ACTFu, and FuBar, and re-download all of them.

3. Make sure AnkhCooldownTimerFu is marked for display on FuBar. It may have been hidden somehow.

4. Delete the saved variables for ACT, ACTFu, and FuBar (warning: you will have to reconfigure your FuBar after doing this). Do this while WoW is not running.

5. Disable all addons besides ACT, ACTFu, and FuBar.

If none of these steps solve the problem, please report back.
I figured it out. It was really strange but stupid. The fubar plugin didn't display in the list of fubar addons. I know that I didn't disable anything however, I discovered that it had been disabled in the list of addons. For some reason, when I clicked load out of date addons after the patch, AnkhCooldownTimer didn't reenable. I reenabled it for my shaman and all is well now.

FuBar plugin missing now

Has anyone besides me had their FuBar plugin disappear after the 2.3 patch? It's still loaded under the interfaces directory but, I no longer have the ankh display on my FuBar.

Cool. I didn't expect an update just for .TOC but wondered if some modifications were necessary as other addons required some changes. Thanks.

I don't post "updates" that change nothing besides one digit in the TOC file. That's what the "Load out of date addons" check-box is for. Use it. :P

I do have a few things planned for 2.3, though, so there will be an actual update then.

Update for 2.2?

Just wondering if you were planning on updating ACT for 2.2? I have modified the .TOC file and everything seems to be working, so not entirely sure anything else needs to happen. Just wondering.

Thanks!

If you want a GUI without an icon, try the old style -- open "AnkhCooldownTimer.toc" in Notepad and move the "# " from in front of "GUI-Old.xml" to in front of "GUI-New.xml".

Also, "/act show", sorry. gui was the old command... as you can see, I don't use the configuration that often.
Perfect thank you Phanx! I'll put in a feature request for the new style gui with an option for Alpha 0 background.

Just posted a "new" version. Basically it's the beta, upgraded from beta status, with a shiny new TOC number. Nothing new since the last beta version, though.

New Version?

Just wondering if there is a new version that has the proper .toc value for the 2.1 patch? I realize it's easy to change, just wondering if there's something else in the works.

Please don't double-post the same thing on both sites.
From my response on ui.worldofwar.net:
Oh, must have forgotten to put that in there. UI.WoW is still giving a 404 error on the file even after I re-upload it. I'll upload a repack with the FuBar plugin on WoWI.

Edit: repack uploaded on WoWI, give it a bit to be approved.
