I'm also having problems with HB recognizing buttons 4 and 5 on my mouse. In fact, apparently the "side clicks" of the middle mouse button also count as two separate mouse buttons as well, but HB doesn't detect those either.

Furthermore, WoW doesn't seem to recognize any of my extra buttons (and never has). When I try to bind an action to button 4, for example, nothing happens. Is that normal?

Edit: At least one person I've spoken to in-game has his side buttons working, somehow. He didn't seem to do anything special to get them working, either.

I should also add that I had my mouse buttons 4 and 5 set to correspond with numpad 1 and 2, that way I could bind them in the WoW interface. But even after turning this off, they still didn't work in HB.

oh,man-yes i do have in drop down menu left,right,middle button then buttons 4-15-so HB can recognize my left,right and middle button and i can use them in HB to cast spells,but cant recognize other two buttons on my mouse which i would like very much to work in HB as well ,but they dont-so i asked for solution to this

Button 1 is the left button.
Button 2 is the right button.
Button 3 is the middle button.
So, again, "what"?

In spell tab there is drop down menu with list of buttons like you said,but whit that i cant set my keybindings on my mouse buttons 4&5 -HB reacts only to my left,right and middle button and doesnt react to butons 1-10 in that drop down menu

there is choice of buttons to chose there,but HB isnt recognizing my button 4&5 as button 4&5 in drop down menu-and i cant see way to associate my buttons to buttons in HB

The HB settings is a bit inhumane... You can choose all buttons on Spella tab from selector drop-down.

I have 5 button mouse.Before patch 4.0.1 Healbot as well as Clique couldnt recognize my buttons 4&5 because they were like keypresses or soemthing.But patch 4.0.1 change that-i think even when i logged in once in WOW i got pop up indicating that Wow is seeing my mouse as having 5 buttons.No i can normaly bind my buttons in Clique but i couldnt find any option to set it in HB.Can anyone point me in right direction to how can i solve this problem in HB?Maybe i missed it somehow ,but i cant find it anywhere to do this in HB or possibl in WOW keybinding section.

I think it factors in the amount of mana you regen, so in the time it takes to cast it you prob regen 1010 and it actually only costs you 104. (but im just guessing)

Just curious, where HB get the mana cost of skills.
Healing Surge on L80 cost 1114 MP, HB show 104 in tooltip.

Can I ask a thing? I've been looking in the options for 2 hours, but I didn't manage to figure it out. I'm currently using latest version of Healbot, and I have a problem: Before, if someone didn't need a heal, it showed up as a grayed out bar, and if it was attacked it colored green. But now bars are permagreen, graying out only if the guys are 100 yd away, or changing color only when they are debuffed. Can you help me about this issue? How can I restore this the way it was?

I'm having problems with healbot recognizing the new "cleaning" spells. For example Resto Shaman can now dispel Magic, but healbot does not color the bars blue when someone needs magic dispelled.
