BigWigs is a boss encounter add-on. It consists of many individual encounter scripts, or boss modules; mini add-ons that are designed to trigger alert messages, timer bars, sounds, and so forth, for one specific raid encounter. These encounter scripts are activated when you target or mouse over a raid boss, or if any other BigWigs user in your raid does. In most cases only one module will be running at any given time.

If you're looking for boss encounter scripts for 5-man dungeons, these are not in Big Wigs, but live in their own add-on; LittleWigs.

I didn't mean test what bars look like in general, I meant specific boss abilities to test. This way, I could change sounds/message type to my liking, or just make sure everything is working as intended so I'm notin trouble during raid time.

Did you miss the "Create test bar" button at the top of the main GUI or are you asking about something else?

Any plans to add icon markings for Archimonde? Specifically for Shackled Torment to make it easier to have an orderly exit.

Death shouldn't be an issue, but I recommend installing BugSack.

I realise it was a shitty bug report but now you know it can return nil and blow up the loop. Given it was Blast Furnace LFR, I can only assume someone in the proximity table died during the range checks. I'll check it out next reset.

That line is the start of one of our proximity functions, and halfway though most of the other ones. If you get the error again, please just copy and paste the full error, including the backtrace.

Probably not the right place but there's a bug in the Proximity lua. On Blast Furnace LFR I've had 'unitX' (line 326 onwards) return nil and error out repeatedly.

The latest release now separates countdown and emphasize. Emphasize being for large warnings, and countdown being for the voice countdown. Countdown can now be configured to start between 1-10 seconds. Also new, selectable countdown voices have been added. These countdowns can be changed globally or per ability.

Perhaps someone here can assist with this. I am trying to add say prompts to various boss attacks and I am running into trouble. I want to say for instance Berserker Rush on PLAYER. I currently have it calling out each time but instead of the actual players name it says my name each time.

I am using:
self:Say(158986)

Does anyone know the command to change this to display the targets name in there instead of mine?

The latest release adds exact X/Y positioning for bars/proximity/altpower and expands on the boss block module to add blocking for intrusive garrison popups during a boss fight.
