Looking for some help here. Been using Fubar for some time now, left Titan in the dust. Today I go to update my mods and I keep getting this error when I load WOW

...nterface\AddOns\FuBar\libs\AceLibrary\AceLibrary.lua:543:Tourist-2.0:Bad Argument#2 to `IsHostile`(string expected, got boolean)

I ran the ace updater and it updated all my ace mods which aint many. Any ideas?

Mod Suggestion
Would it be possible to tie FuBar to the Ace Surfaces Lib? I know that we can create our own textures and/or set colors to FuBar, but it would be nice (easier) to be able to select a preset texture similar to many of the other Ace based mods. For example, I use the "litestep" texture for all of my other Ace mods (AGUF,OCB,RogueTimers, etc.) to have a custom, yet consistent feel. It would be awesome if FuBar had this same option.

Thanks!

First time fubar user here too at revision 31322.
Setting 'Overflow plugins' doesn't work. Have to manually drag & drop them to another bar.

Nice

I've been using Titan for several months now and decided to give this a try. The initial setup is more difficult than Titan (since Titan includes a bunch of stuff by default) and it's more prone to errors because of the libraries some of the plugins require.

But after you get it setup right, damn, it's awesome. There's so much more information available than Titan and many more plugins. The WoWAce updater is also handy.

Great work! I won't be using Titan anymore.

This is essentially just the base' for hanging your plugins onto. There arent any addons installed with teh base module, like Titan has. Try ExperienceFu plugin for more exp info.

Need some help

Need some help with a script line.

I'm trying to display a plugin's mouse-over tooltip with a script macro. The closest I can figure out so far is the follow:

/script PluginName:OpenMenu();

This opens the right click menu, positioned right under the plugin's icon on the panel. Instead I'd like to open the mouse-over menu, positioned at the mouse if possibile.

(it was a glitch with ctviewport)

Is there a way to reproduce this?
I have seen ppl that hve fubar broken down kinda like what your saying. I would love to be abel to shorten Fubar and hav a few of them.

Anyone know if it can be done with FuBar itself or is there another addon, such as MoveAnything, that will allow this?

Error message

I just figured I'd switch to Fubar from Titan since a buddy gloats about it so much. Figured I'd give it a shot. I downloaded 2.0 and installed and start WoW and get this error.

"Error: Fubar.lua:289:AceConsole-2.0:args.background.args.color:"Name" must be a string"

It won't run Fubar and I've verified it came from CKnight instead of a different author. Any help is appreciated.

Wow, thanks a ton! This is EXACTLY what I needed. Honestly, this should be linked on this page as one of the recommended addons, or in the description. This makes using fubar INFINITELY easier!
