Wardrobe2  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: Revision 19353
by: Kazun of Warsong [More]

Wardrobe2 allows you to define unlimited equipment sets known as 'Outfits'. It then lets you switch between these outfits manually or when you mount or change forms/stances. This makes it easy to manage gear sets when in different forms for druids and shaman. It also allows you the ability to switch equipment when in specific stances for tanking or DPS. You can also swap equipment when switching to stealth mode.

Commands: (/wd, /wardrobe)

Hello! I've been using Wardrobe AL for ages, but the recent patch has botched it. Is there any way to import my many many defined outfits into Wardrobe2?

Would it be possible to have an option to "Allow switching during combat"???

The reason I request this (so you don't say "you can't even do that!") is during wipes, it helps to decrease repair costs by un-equipping your weapons/shield. I have a "Naked" wardrobe that takes everything off. If I switch to Naked right befoer a wipe I'd like it to take off the main hand/off hand (shield) and save their durability hit.

Wardrobe-AL for 2.0 allows this. It'd just be nice.

Thanks. Keep up the great work!

Any keybindings available ?
Would like to change my equip by just pressing a key, as I used with Outfitter.

P.s. Any Ace2 version in progress ?

I kept getting errors about Dewdrop globals

I changed line 3 in AceWardrobe_UI.lua

from
Code:
local dewdrop = DewdropLib:GetInstance('1.0')
to
Code:
local dewdrop = AceLibrary("Dewdrop-2.0")
And it seems to be working just fine now.

Might be a good idea to think about converting to Ace2 though - Im sure we'll all benefit from it

Updated the SVN beta to include a movable icon.

You can always get the latest AceWardrobe at:
http://svn.wowace.com/svnweb/index.cgi/root

If you download a SVN client you can even stay up to date with the latest beta by creating a live directory.

I recommend at least checking out wowace.com. By placing your mod intothe svn repository, you can have rapid feedback and testing to your latest changes, the ability to link the latest relase of imbedded and included libraries into your mod without the need to maintain them yourself, and lastly by being active in that community, you can have other developers offer feedback on problems you might be having.

In short it is a win win situation

Actually I use fubar 2.0 and any mod I am using that has dewdrop is pulling from the svn and as such has the latest version. So perhaps it is this mod that has an old version?

Speaking of SVN, have you thought of a) putting this on the wowace svn and b) upgrading to ace 2.0?

Looking at the dewdrop API included with the library package, sending 1 to refresh is not required. It is very possible that you have another mod with an older dewdrop package included. Maybe fubar? Try disabling all other mods and see if you are still getting the dewdrop errors.

I will release a new version that declares which level to refresh to clear this up.

If you don't want the minimap icon to show up.. Delete the AceWardrobe_UI folder. The mod will still work fine.

For a quick fix, open up AceWardrobe_UI.lua, and change all

dewdrop:Refresh()

to

dewdrop:Refresh(1)

Same hare and I even deleted my saved variables for this mod.

It switches the outfits but just throws this up each time

also can you bring back the option to remove the mini map icon? I sue fubar and wardrobefu and don't want the minimap icon to show
