Just some changes to oUF_Hank's Fanupdate to make it work with both Shaman totems as well as Warlock secondary power types.

Please note: While Demonology's resource bar does not look pretty, it's doing its job.

This package additionally includes a recent oUF version off GitHub, a slightly modified oUF_TotemBar as well as oUF_WarlockSpecBars by tukz.
