UNOFFICIAL UPDATE

While the Power Auras team is busy working on the newest version, I updated the old Power Auras 4 to work with MoP.

If you upgraded to Power Auras 5, it is recommended that you remove it and restore your old WTF folder configuration files for PowerAuras if possible. If you did not upgrade to Power Auras 5, everything should work as normal.

The GTFO Addon will work with both Power Auras 4 and Power Auras 5 and no update is necessary.

Slash commands

"/pa" - Brings up the configuration menu.
"/powa" - Brings up the configuration menu.

Switching to wow textures and back, now wont reset the texture sliders current value, unless it's necessary,
Aura preview icon's color now will change immediately while changing color at the color picker, also when random color is changed.
Aura preview icon's color now wont change on toggled off aruas, when the "Test all" button is being pushed.
Text aura and TempPortrait icons now wont get modified by the current aura's choosen color.
Added texture rotater slider.
When more auras is opened at the same time, the effec editors icon will show the current auras color correctly.
Fixed a bug where, aura icons didn't updated when loaded a custom texture.
Removed value increaser and decreaser buttons from the sliders.
Sliders now can be adjusted with mousewheel up/down.
The default aura size now 100%.
Default alpha for new auras is now 85%.
The default aura y coodriante now 0.
Fixed a bug with "Only show seconds below 100" checkbutton.

Override max textures min-max value now is 1-1000.
Added "Enable Full Rotation" checkbutton, which fixes some not fully rotatable textures, when disabled.
The texure cutter algorythm is now more precise for ingame icons, and custom textures.
Hide all button now properly decreases all icon's alpha immediately.
Slider inherit changes, removed unused stuff.
Test all button now wont hide the currently opened effect editor.
Clicking on the Edit button or right clicking on an aura now going to increase it's icons alpha properly.
When you hide an aura with the Test button, it's icon's alpha now gonna dcrease properly.
When you open the aura browser while an aura is currently showing, now it's gonna decrease it's icons alpha properly.
Fixed a bug when Texture slider value was 0 and show blank aura.

I tried the 4.23 version that is suppose to work with MOP and my FPS drop to 10. I'm usually at 60+ and never had this issue pre MOP.

Paladin Seals

Is there anyway to incorporate paladin seals ? ie. I want to put a aura up to remind me in just case I am in a party in my healing spec without Seal of Insight... things happen when your busy


This is my face saver. I have fixed Blood Presence this way for my dk so she doesn't accidentally go into combat without changing presences for a fight.

Hey guys, just a question, on the previous version i could see all the auras on my currently active profile, now i can only see the aura i'm working with.
Is there any option available so i can get back to the old way?

having the exact same problem.. tried setting it up as a buff AND as a weapon enchant with no luck for either but it tracks all my other procs perfectly. any help would be appreciated.

btw, thx for the great add on and the hard work you put into it

color copy and paste option

strata

fyi i've encountered a problem i think, strata only affects the aura picture not timer # or stack # perhaps you guys could conjure up an option under "timer & stacks" incase you want an aura picture like medium strata and a timer at a different location on high strata?

Is there an option to ignore the GCD? I cannot find it anywhere.

Like for example if I want to track a spell CD, the aura only appears AFTER the GCD finishes not right as the spell is off CD.

Using 4.23.11 version

Is there a way for powa to increment the stack of Taste for Blood proc?

When I go to the "Stack" Tab, I don't see an option for it.

Is it somewhere else?

Still itching for PA5.0, I had a short taste of the new interface when it was released, but sadly had deleted that during a later update ><

Anyway, I have a set of universal Auras for Gear Checks. They make sure that I don't leave my Stormwind Portal cloaks or Argent Tourney Jousting Lance equipped longer than needed. Just tried to make one for a low level weapon that I frost enchanted for Viscidus (Bejeweled Spellblade of the Eagle), but it was a random enchant possible dagger. I assume it is because of the "of the Eagle" random enchant name component that it failed, but the PA was refusing to acknowledge the item was even in my bags, let alone equipped.

When I CTRL+Click to test reason, it would state that "Bejeweled Spellblade is not carried", truncating the name. Same would be stated if I used the item ID instead.
