I am no longer developing or maintaining World of Warcraft addons. I haven't played in years, and don't have the time or interest to continue working on addons for a game I don't play anymore. Automatically tracks the achievement for completing quests in your current zone.

For example, when you enter Deepholm, you’ll track the Deep Into Deepholm achievement (“Complete 110 quests in Deepholm”) and when you enter Krasarang Wilds, you’ll track the Mighty Roamin' Krasaranger achievement (“Complete the Krasarang Wilds storylines listed below”).

Achievements that you have already completed cannot be tracked. Achivements for zones other than the one you are currently in will be removed from tracking. If you’d prefer not to track the Mists of Pandaria achievements with their long criteria lists, type “/zat” to toggle them off (or back on).

Feedback

Post a comment. Please note that I consider this addon to be complete, and will probably not add any new features. If you are reporting a bug, please include your character’s faction (Horde or Alliance) and your current zone.

Known Issues

Some zones (eg. Mount Hyjal) will sometimes display only the achievement name, and not the criteria, if you have already completed that zone’s achievement on another character on the same account. This is a Blizzard bug, and there is unfortunately nothing I can do other than wait for Blizzard to fix it.

Just now got my first ever warning in chat, lol.

[10:05] [ERROR] Zone Achievement Tracker:
[10:05] >> Invalid achievement for Alliance zone 40 Wetlands.
[10:05] Please report this error so it can be fixed!

I'm not sure if anything can be done about another issue I'm seeing also. If one toon on an account has completed the zone achievement then it does not track it on any others whether that particular toon has completed it or not. I have noticed when I open the Achievement window and mouseover the achievement that the tooltip does say whether that particular toon has completed it or not.

I meant, possibly set on my entire client level.

In the past three days, my various toons that have done some of the quests in the zones they've been in have been in Ashenvale, Stonetalon, Tanaris, Thousand Needles, Terrokar... I think that's it. Been in more, but not that I've done quests into. (Got RAF summoned into various pieces of Northrend, for example, but was too low-level to do anything but hide in the inn.) All on Alliance, on the same server. I've been in more, on more different toons, since I downloaded this, and haven't seen anything on the objectives tracker.

Something more obvious, I guess is the best way to put it. Which proves I wasn't actually comprehending what I was reading in the forum thread.

As it happens, it's not working. Not showing up at all in objectives tracker. I'm not sure what I have set incorrectly...
