oUF Lumen  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 9.3.3

oUF Lumen

Before I used oUF and started writing my own layout and small addons, Pitbull, Grid and ClassTimer were a big part of the functionality of my UI. Since then I tried to cut down on the number of addons while trying to retain its functionality. oUF_lumen using the power of oUF tries to accomplish this by creating a customized set of unit frames tha replace Pitbull, Grid and ClassTimer while being light and functional.

Compact config: https://i.imgur.com/34Yilqx.jpg

If you're interested in my UI it's here.

This is a PERSONAL Layout. What this means is that most of the functionalities will be implemented because I need it. I can eventually add some features If I see the utility in them, but I will never change the layout radically or add unnecessary and complicated features just because. The beauty of oUF layouts is that there are plenty for all tastes and it is easy to customize if you want to dwellve into code!

- Features

  • Minimalist design
  • Standalone (oUF and several oUF plugins embedded - Experience, Reputation, Smooth...)
  • Layout works for all type of roles (damage, healing or tanking)
  • Feature complete (All frames supported, including Boss and Arena)
  • Complete support for class specific power (Combo Points, Chi, Holy Power, Insanity, etc...)
  • All frames supported, including Party, Raid (TBA), Boss and Arena frames
  • Movable frames using /lmf

- Feedback
  • If you have any question regarding the layout please leave a comment in the comment section of this addon.
  • For bug reports and feature request please use Github.

Next on the List, Raid and Arena frames (this is almost done).

the target debuff is messing with others' debuff

HI, glad you come back to community.

I'm playing as an affliction warlock and I find my debuffs on target are shown with other players.

Any chance that I could edit some config file to avoid this?

Thanks for your work again.

I'll add an option for hiding Power Bar Percentage when full or not.

Same for using the castbar.

It will be on next release. It will be on the config.lua file.

Hey!
Love your layout, but I personally don't need the castbar and would like to hide/disable it. I've tried doing so myself, but it either doesn't seem to affect anything or produces lua errors. ;( I'm not an addon author in any way, I can do some simple tweaks but figuring this out seems beyond me. If you have the time and could point me in the right direction how to do this, I'd be incredibly grateful!

Thanks for the great addon!

The buffs like I said is something I will do.
I figured and that's okay! Used my friend google and was able to find the Spell ID #, that was my issue.

[GetSpellInfo(188389) or "Flame Shock"] = true, -- Flame Shock

Any way i can keep my mana bar showing constantly instead of fading away when full mana? Thanks again and good luck leveling!!

Shaman Buffs/Debuffs

Great addon, love the updates!!

I read that you play Warlock and Rogue and while going through your addon I see in your "filters" document you only have buffs/debuffs for them. Which I fully understand... just curious when other classes may be completed. I play Shaman and would like to see flame shock

Also I was wondering if there is a way to have my mana stay up instead of coming and going as I play. I discovered that it is the "altpower" but couldn't figure out how to keep it on.

Thanks for the help and thanks for the great addon, greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the response! I'll check the lua file to see about some more filters for other characters, and looking forward to those other frames when you're done with them. Much appreciated!
Hi. If you add more filters to other classes, I could do with some help and post them here?
I'm just playing Warlock and Rogue now, so with other classes I could use some help filling the filters! Thanks.

Currently just added Boss and Arena frames, although barebones but I'm working on doing Party now.

I haven't implemented those. To be honest don't find them necessary but I will add them as an option eventually.

I also can't figure out where the bar down at the bottom of your UI is. I see zero in-game options for OUF, and only the option to move the main frame around in OUF-lumen on the interface panel. The tooltips look standard too, and the quest log.

I do run a different bar setup with Bartender, but even with ever addon turned off but OUF, it's the same deal. Most everything looks like default.

I've not tried the party frames or raid frames yet. Will keep you posted.

Thanks for the help!

Also, I dig the short buff timer showing me my rogue skills like Sprint and Shadowdance. Would love to see more of that, like on my Druid with his sprints etc.
This is just the frames. Not any other parts of the UI. I will release that on LumUI which you can find under my addon releases. That is a compilation, this is solely the frames.
And some frames are not done yet. Work in Progress. oUF is pretty barebons regarding Options unless you implement it yourself, which I'm not going to do. Anything regarding options you need to edit the config file, same for Filters you want to display. If that is not your thing you will need to look elsewhere.

I'm re-writting the frames so some Frames are still not done, Party, Raid, Boss, Arena still in progress.
Read the previous comments I wrote about that.
