the one with your email has all the parts for my ui to function, the one with the numbers is the one the client made and thus doesnt have all the bits for my ui to function all you need to do is rename the folder with your email to the one with the numbers |

having a little difficulty with that last part.
Do I use the number as my account name, and place the number where my name would usually go? or...do I just go to the folder that's made with the number, and rename the number to my name? could you give me a small before and after scenario? Thanks |

the account name isnt an email address, if you subscribed to wow after the bnet came out instead of an account name you get a number. copy and past that number and rename it as the account name instead

Renaming the Account Name folder...
Hi,
have been using your U.I with no problems ,but recently,I've opened a new account, and I'm having problems putting in my .../Account Name/... after the install. I have an e-mail address that has...xxx007 after it,so that's what I have to use for my account name, but every time I change the Account name folder to xxx0007,then go back and open up my WTF folder, and look at my /Account Name/ folder that I've renamed per Instruction, there's always another folder, with the numbers 71841840#1 that's right above it ,Indicating that the name that the name that I'm changing the /Account Name/ folder to...is not right,or else there would be no need for the game to create an additional folder to fill in an apparent void. Not sure what steps I need to take to correct this, but would appreciate some suggestions that I might try to resolve this issue. Thanks |

I appreciate the reply, but i have already tried this and the problem occurs when certain addons have all the above listed profiles. I think an example of this is with Satrina Buff frames, you have all the above listed profiles in that addon, while most of them load the buffs and debuffs to the top left hand corner of the screen, they are massive in size. Then i think its the v45 profile, it loads the buffs/debuffs to the right hand side middle of the screen. Again thank you for getting back to us with this issue. Thanks. EDIT: Not sure if this helps or anything, but when i copy over your interface and launch WoW, it has to apply some critical updates. EDIT2: I think i might have found what could be causing the problem. The ShadsUIv45 seems to be creating the issues, when ever i select "ShadsUI" from the addons profiles section, they seem to load correctly.

for some reason reflux isnt loading the profiles correctly. the only way to fix this till i get a proper working upload is to go into each individual addon and load the correct profile. it should either be: Default Shadowmage Shadowmage - Ghostlands ShadsUI ShadsUIv45 |

Hey Sockz0r, fantastic UI thank you for producing it and keeping it updated.
I have a problem and its exactly the same as Niobi 's. No idea what caused it, i followed your instructions to the letter and it still doesn't load properly. I really want to use this addon, but i do not have the technical knowledge to fix the problems. I hope you can update this to fix these problems. Thanks. |

Hi there.
Firstly, can I just say very nice UI. I like the cleanliness of it. A few things I would change myself, but thats down to personal taste/opinion. Whilst I edit it, I was wondering if you could help me with the "Lines" that are around your screen, making it look generally cleaner. Image to help: http://i.imgur.com/YSqZH.jpg Kind regards |

Reflux not making any difference.
Hi!
When I downloaded the new version I did what I was supposed to do & ended up with the same issue as Superdankz, or well a simular one atleast. After reloading the UI aswell as refluxing it; it still looks exactly the same. For some reason nothing has changed. When I check the profiles manually of each addon, they're set to ShadsUIv45 So how come nothing've changed? It's a mess alright Here's what it looks like: http://img25.imageshack.us/img25/924...2311191259.jpg If you can solve this issue it'd be incredibly appreciated, thanks. // Niobi. |
