Exonumist - Currency Tracker

Adds currency counts for all of your characters in currency tooltips.

For example, when you see a tooltip for Justice Points, you'll see how many Justice Points you have on all of your characters on the same realm and faction.

There are no options; it “just works”. You must log into a character at least once with Exonumist enabled before information about that character’s currency tokens will appear in the tooltips. Data for characters not seen in the last 30 days is removed automatically.

Post a comment. Please note that I consider this addon to be complete, and will probably not add any new features. If you notice any currency tooltips missing information, please post a comment explaining what you clicked on or moused over to get the tooltip, and which type of currency is involved.

Compatible with English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Português, Русский, 한국어, 简体中文, and 繁體中文 game clients.

Exonumist will now add currency counts to currency tooltips everywhere!
Tooltips in the token frame and merchant money frame will only show your other characters; all other currency tooltips will show all characters on your current realm and faction.
Due to changes in the way Exonumist stores data, all of your recorded data will be lost, and you will need to log into each of your characters at least once to get information about their currency.

I don't write "low-mem alternatives", because static memory usage is not even remotely important, despite the hype, unless you're playing WoW on a 386 or something similarly primitive. That said, though, I didn't know Altoholic had this feature, as I've never used it, since I have no interest in any of the many features I do know it has. I actually wrote this on request; someone mentioned that they wished they could see how many tokens their alts had so they knew which one to log onto to buy gems, and I put this together in about 10 minutes.

Agreed. Bagnon, and other things keep track of items on other toons, and I was having to run altoholic for token tracking specifically. Thank you so much for this addon.

very much looking forward to this addon. I was a bankitems user. (still great and HIGHLY recommended) but i recently fell in love with bagnon and now preffer the way it displays the bags and the use of bagnon forever does the same job as Bankitems did for keeping track of items across toons.

i was sad to see bagnong didn't do currency. specifically, when i hover over the icon itself. i preffer that method as opposed to a tooltip that summarizes ALL of them. (since that's how bankitems did it)

so i'm so glad someone made this. tyvm. can't wait to install it.

Anyway, keeping track of stuff other than what currency you actually have is a bit outside the scope of Exonumist. If you want more than what this addon does, there are several Broker addons that will show you things like that. Because of this, I cannot see the currencies for other characters while on that one.
