Threat Plates (TP for short) is a addon for customizing your nameplates. It offers a high amount of customization and tweaks to how your nameplates react and look. It also offers some unique features that are not available with any other nameplate addon. I've spent a considerable amount of time improving this addon and any comments or concerns about this addon are appreciated. I'm always looking for ways to improve this addon.

Features:

SharedMedia support and many, many, options for name, health, level, and spell text. As well as all of the standard nameplate features such as castbar and icon, elite icons / textures, skull icons / textures, raid marks, and healthbar coloring/alpha/scale.
Ace3 profiling.
Low memory footprint.
Threat system management.
Automatic talent detection and role assigning for an easy out of the box setup.
Customizable widgets.
Customizable totem nameplates.
Customizable nameplates for extra customization for specifically named units.

Commands:

/tptp - Displays options.
/tptptoggle - Toggle Role from one to the other.
/tptpdps - Toggles DPS/Healing threat plates.
/tptptank - Toggles Tank threat plates.
/tptpol - Toggles nameplate overlapping.
/tptpverbose - Toggles addon feedback text.

A considerable amount of information about options and its internal priorities are not gone into details. Most options that are enable or disable based will toggle off options that are no longer changeable once enabled or disabled. MysticalOS A Wyrmkin Dreamwalker Forum posts: 54 File comments: 319 Uploads: 10	nice that the icon option now has options. but it's still an all or nothing setting right now. as a tank, this option is completely useless to me on all fights except lich king. since to me bar coloring by threat is way more important than random colors from raid icons that don't tell me anything about mob threat. so the only boss as a tank i use this option on is for valks. is it possible to add a conditional rule to only allow color by raid icon for valks? or some other similar option.

There's a strange conditional error when the nameplates haven't gotten the level information, it just slaps a dangerskull on instead(in Tidy Plates). It could just be an order of operation error. MysticalOS A Wyrmkin Dreamwalker Forum posts: 54 File comments: 319 Uploads: 10	i've also been having issues with disapearing name plates, i'm gonna go back to the non beta of tidy plates since i suspect that to be the cause for now. as 3.1c was not giving me issues until i installed the latest tidy plates beta, now i get incorrect reports of boss mobs, and osmetimes invisible name plates.

I also love the possibilty to disable only certain nameplates at boss encounters (like Drudge Ghouls at the LK as a tranquing and misdirecting hunter) but I guess that despite your best effords there´ll always be one or another mob nameplate that someone might want to disable and that isn´t included yet. So I´d suggest an option to allow the user to input custom names to disable if that´s possible. Kind of like specific buffs and debuffs can be added for grid.

That´s not to say you should remove the predefined list that´s already included. Quite the opposite, I´d love if you´d include dark nucleus for example (I´m usually on kinetic bomb duty). The custom names should just be for the more exotic wishes. Also depending on if you keep the predefined list and maybe even further extend it, you might want to consider categorize it by Dungeon/Encounter.

No matter if you find the time or even want to include my suggestions I want to thank you for the great addition to TidyPlates - I really love it as it is already and appreciate all the work you put into it.
