Tincup-UI 4.0 Optimized for 1920x1200  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: Version 4.0
by: Tincup [More]

Tincup-UI 4.0

Ok this is the newest version of my UI. This is still a work in progress, but it is playable at the moment. I am still working on a healing layout and my raid frames. I will have them updated by the weekend.

To install:
Backup your current Interface folder and WTF folder.
Download and extract my UI to your main World of Warcraft folder.
Open the WTF folder and rename the Accountname, servername, and character folders with your information.
Start your game. Make your the load out of date addons is selected.
Login to the game and type "/reflux switch dps" in the chat window without the quotes.
This should fix 98% of any alignment issues, the chat frame may need to be manually moved.
To move the quest watch frame type /wf to unlock/lock the frame.

This UI is built for 1920 x 1200 resolution, to use with any other resolution will take some adjustments on your part.

If you have questions please feel free to ask, I will do my best to answer any questions you may have.

Thanks!

I guess I should ask. Are those nodes live or gatherer types?

I thought maybe your config was a bit different than mine.
I will take some screenshots of my setting and maybe you can figure out where yours differ

Thanks! Your add on looks crazy clean.
I assume you mean nodes that show up like in the screenshot below. Do they not show up on your Carbonite window?

Ever tryed oUF other then copyed Caellian layout?
The unit frames always seem to be the biggest issue for me. I have tried some of the oUF options but my knowledge of code is limited, and I really don't have the time to brush up on those skills. I will just have to tinker some more with the current frames to make it blend better.

FYI. I just posted qUI 2.0 and it is awaiting approval. I had planned to take the UI in a completely different direction, but after playing with the new design I decided it was not very user friendly. So I set out to improve on the old design. I hope you like it, as always please leave you questions or comments.

In the default settings under the social section there is an option to lock chat settings. Uncheck that and the tabs should show when you scroll over chat window.

if you are using Vuhdo you don't need pallypower I'm not taking anything away from pallypower but the Vuhdo module is just as good for pallys and it works for all the classes that have buffs.
