The star is a representation of Elite Mobs. Look under the nameplate options for "Elite Icon" as these are the options for it.

Yea I realized I had forgotten to uncomment 2 lines:
extensions.lua:

Code:
-- Target Art
--if db.showTarget then
if not plate.widgets.TargetArt then OnInitialize(plate) end
	plate.widgets.TargetArt:Update(unit)
	plate.widgets.TargetArt:SetPoint("CENTER", plate, 0, 0)
--end
should be

Code:
-- Target Art
if db.showTarget then
if not plate.widgets.TargetArt then OnInitialize(plate) end
	plate.widgets.TargetArt:Update(unit)
	plate.widgets.TargetArt:SetPoint("CENTER", plate, 0, 0)
end

And bah humbug, I had one option that I thought was set to right, set to left. Mea culpa, non issue.

Soooo, next question. I see that I have a new tooltip that shows alllll the many debuffs on the mob I'm hovering over. Is that you? Can I turn it off? Dotimer already does this for the few things I care about. What I would love to see is a tooltip that shows *who* the mob I mouseovering is targetted on. If it's my fellow tank I can relax. If not, I need to taunt.

And last question. Is there any way to make the nameplates bigger for specific mob names? Currently on the Arthas fight, for example, I have to pick up the ravaging spirits out of a sea of ghouls. If their namebox was bigger than the rest, that would help. I'd love to be able to enter specific mobnames to resize and am fine with having to type it exactly right and have no more than 3-5 I change on the fly.

Thank you for an excellent mod. Even as is, I'm keeping it. I'm just going through the throes of "but make it better for meeeee!".

Lol, glad to see I wasn't losing my mind.

I'm not sure if you're familiar with my other nameplate theme "Clean Plates", but in that theme I had some special nameplates for mobs like yogg zero's "Marked Immortal Guardian" and some nameplate options for specific pets and the quite annoying "Onyxian Whelp".

I've set out a massive undertaking when I created clean plates that has gotten the attention of a lot of users asking for more mobs to be "special" since no other addon even remotely could create such easily distinguishable targets.

So I set out to somehow mesh those 2 nameplate addons together.

After having been reworking threat plates over the past 2 months or so I've been finding myself running into tiny problems that take a while to properly address and the meshing keeps being put back. I also have my UI that I've been constantly updating and preparing for a new release which hopefully will look awesome.

So with all my babble aside I'll probably be adding that feature as well as a way to add your own "custom names" for easy spotting.

Getting to that point will definitely take its time.
