Bazooka is a Data Broker Display similar in functionality and looks to FuBar.

Featrue highlights

Top/Bottom alignment or free moving of bars.
Left-click drag moves, right-click drag resizes the bar (unless the frames are locked).
Drag-and-drop plugin placement with highlighted drop positions.
Configurable background / font / icon size.
The usual options for data broker displays (show text/icon/label, optionally show title in place of label if it's missing).
Support of iconCoords and icon[RGB] (TomTom arrow, for example).
Left / Center-Left / Center / Center-Right / Right placement position for plugins within bars, allowing easy layout of plugins. Plugins placed in the Center area are centered as a bunch.
Optional auto-fade while in combat / out of combat.
Optionally disable mouse / tooltips.
Optional simple tooltips (just show title if Alt is held while moving the mouse pointer over the plugin).
Optional highlight on mouseover for the active plugin.
Load-on-demand configuration options, small memory footprint for "standard" operation.
Bulk mode configuration that allows configuring multiple bars/plugins easily.
Restrict plugin text width (since 1.8.3)

Note for v1.8.0: Multiple top/bottom bars are attached to each other now, no need to fiddle with the tweak anchor settings. As a side effect, previous tweak settings are reset, so if you needed those to get rid of the 1-pixel-gap, set it again for your top bar. Sorry about that.
Usage

Getting started

Create new bars from the main options window
Drag plugins to desired location
Drag plugins off bars to disable them

Using the bulk configuration (standard method)

Uncheck Auto-apply.
Check the bars/plugins you want the settings to apply to.
Check Apply next to the settings you want to change, and set them to the value you need.
Click Apply at the bottom of the options. The changes you selected will be applied to all selected bars/plugins at this point.

Using the bulk configuration (auto-apply method)

Check Auto-apply.
Check the bars/plugins you want the settings to apply to.
Change the settings (or click the Apply text next to them if their current value is the one you want). The changes will be applied immediately to all selected bars/plugins.

Slash commands

/bazooka - open configuration
/bazooka locked - toggle locked/unlocked state

Its right on the first page when you open /bazooka
in the second row and second line called "activate highlight"

I _think_ I know what's happening now: if you have set the option to fade the bars out-of-combat, then after the pet battle they come back to life as "faded out", just not completely hidden as during the pet battle. Unfortunately the logic that re-enables plugin updates are only present in the "fadeIn()" function, and that's why you needed to mouseover the bars.

Will try to fix it today. Could you test that indeed the "fade out of combat" setting is causing the issue? (I don't have an active subscription now so can't really test pet battles)

Odd, I disabled all addons except Bazooka and Broker_Microclock, and it still happened. But after wiping Bazooka's saved variables the bar updates fine after finishing a pet battle. Will configure Bazooka again and see if it still persists.

Changing Bazooka not to hide in pet battles stops the problem from occurring but it's not ideal as it's covering the Pet UI

Well, that definitely Shouldn't Happen (tm)... Does the bar become visible after the pet battle with "old" plugin texts and no updates until you mouseover, or the bar stays hidden until you mouseover? Also, are you running the latest version of Bazooka (v2.3.0)?

Do you hide your bars during a pet battle? Do you have any error reporting addons (like bugsack) installed? Are there any errors reported when the pet battle is over?

Hello,

I think this problem might be related to the font you use for the bar. Did you use the same font when testing with DockingStation? Can you try to reproduce the problem with Bazooka with a narrower font?

Tested chocolatebar - it seams to have simmilar problems with some plugins. Instead if stucking them together it just shows them as "..." also it has a bug with desaturation and no option to put border arround text.

Also Tested Docing Station (thats realy out of date but tested anyway) and here I can't reproduce the bug. Maybe thats because it can't show only the text or only the label of a broker display

Now I no longer have to work around Bars that are not created yet before setup is run. Appreciate the help!

Sorry for the late reply, I was kinda busy the last couple of days... Anyway, I think the best approach for you would be to create three distinct profiles (as in AceDB) and switch between them when the user clicks your arrows. Take a look at how LibDualSpec does it, for example. That way there'll be only one active bar and even when you unlock the bars, the others (belonging to the other two profiles) will not pop up out of nowhere. With this setup you could have the same plugin present on multiple bars even which is not possible with your current method (as far as I understand).
