Ara Broker Reputations 

Found the fix for the tooltip thing as well. Wasn't my bug....

Doubt it ever worked. I'll fix it in the next revision, but if you want to manually change it, change line 768 in r21 from this:

to this:

Fixed the following issues from r20:

• Reputation on bar not being updated for Paragon factions is fixed
• Changing settings on bar (percentage/rep to go) now works properly for Paragon factions
• Corrected possible error when going to a Paragon faction if no watched faction was set

Known issues:

• Session gains for Paragon reps not working correctly (numbers are off) - working on a fix
• Setting custom tool tip size produces error
• If replacing version prior to r20, please clear your preferences file in WTF folder first.

I can send you my .lua file too if that would explain things better than I am, but currently I am able to switch what faction displays with no errors, however if I have a paragon rep displayed, i cannot change any of the block options, though I can switch to a non paragon rep, change the block options and switch back to a paragon rep it will display the changes, the only one it will not display is the 'reputation to go'.

ok the error i posted below with lua:561 is what i get when I try to do above, that is , have a paragon rep displayed, then going to the drop down menu, selecting 'block display' , then trying to change any options under there at all, gives that error and does not change the display options.

So right now the only 2 issues are the block display for paragon reps when a paragon rep is displayed and not being able to change the font scale to above 120 in game, oh yah and the one with the paragon rep displaying rep to go in the tooltip section , but not on the broker display part.

Before you worked on it it would display non paragon reps fine, but would not display any exalted or paragon rep if you tried to select them.

Ok, fixed issue with Reputation To Go not working with Paragon

Still running down issue with bar not updating when Paragon rep increases. Well, I know what's causing it, just need to figure out a good fix.

I've turned on all bar options, can't get it to error for me switching between two Paragon reps. The error your showing me indicates an error with a Blizzard function to determine if the rep is a Paragon rep or not. Not sure if that is a Blizzard thing or what. I may need you to send a screen shot of that.

Switching between two Paragons is not causing an error for me, can you tell me which display options you have? I think it's a problem with an option I may not be using.

Paragon rep not updating in the bar but in the table is a bug. I'm running that one down now.

EDIT: As to the custom tooltip code, I'm going through it. However, none of the changes I have made were to that code. So, I'd have to ask was that working before do you know? I've never used it.

It will display all I want under block display if I do it with a non paragon faction THEN switch to a paragon one, though it will not display 'reputation to go' for the block display for a paragon faction, it does show that for a non paragon faction though.

It does shows reputation to go on the tooltip part.

And I am able to increase the font size to larger than 120 by manually editing the .lua file, just not in game.

Ok that solved the displaying issue, smacking my head for not doing that.

Now when trying to change teh block display for a paragon faction when a paragon faction is being displayed i get this error:
also when trying to select a tooltip size larger than 120 it gives me this one and will not let me enter the larger number(it stays at 120) and this behavior happens no matter what rep is being displayed.

Close out of WoW and delete your existing preference file in the WTF folder (Ara_Broker_Reputations.lua). Forgot to mention some changes I made may require you to delete your existing preferences. Try that and let me know if you're still having issues.

Not sure if you are having this issue but it will not let me select a Paragon enabled rep to display on the broker, all other exalteds are no issue, also when i try to select a Paragon rep to display there, the chat says "other"

Also the broker text is "No Faction" or "N/A"

I've overhauled the Addon to support Paragon rep. It appears to be working well. I've made the following adjustments:

• For reputations that support paragon, it now changes to "Paragon" and tracks the rep as you progress
• For Exalted reps, removed the numeric display. This echoes how the Blizz rep tracker is doing it
• Added support in options for setting Paragon color
• Updated right-click functionality to support added Paragon/Exalted changes
• Updated bar display functionality to support added Paragon/Exalted changes
• Fixed a problem when loading it would revert a Paragon rep to an Exalted rep in the display

Due to the amount of changes, I can't just post them on the forum. I'm going to have to upload it either here or somewhere. I've tagged the changes as r20.
