Namkung UI [ v. 12.0 ]

Video of my UI in a full out 25 man raid setting :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AaW3Lrgj2Fw

In 1080HD or Original Size, you should get a very good idea of how my UI looks in a raid. Also note that some small things have been changed since I released the video. (Mainly the chatbox)

Do not be fooled by the large size of the interface folder as a large portion of it is taken up by extra textures / fonts / borders / etc.

A few things to note in my UI :
- There are a total of 3 hidden bars for extra abilities / mounts / etc. You can simply figure out where they are / what you want to do with them by going into Dominos configs.
- The pet bar is also hidden. To config this as well, simply look into Dominos configs.
- The kgPanel artwork for the grid has been set to ONLY show in raid groups. This is so you do not have to see that giant box that hovers over the grid when grid is not present.

How to install :
- Back up your current Fonts / Interface / WTF folder and extract mine.
- Rename the applicable folders inside the WTF folder.
- Start WoW and log in!
*Do NOT enable all addons. Some have been disabled on purpose such as Prat High CPU mods, ACB Mirror, Bagnon forever, Dominos cast, etc. (Make sure these are disabled)

At this point, you need to load the profiles for the addons.
Some may already be loaded but others will not be.

For all addons you should load the profile "Namkung", with the exception of grid.

For grid :
/grid -> profiles -> load "Healing"

If you are unsure what the name of the addon is to load the correct profile, simply look below at the list of addons and go into config for each one.

My current setup for the addon TellMeWhen has been set to show certain Warlock buffs (Improved Soul Fire) and various trinket procs. If you are not a Warlock, simply don't use the mod or set it up yourself with the buffs you wish to keep track of.

List of addons :

- AzCastBar - castbar
- Bagnon - bagmod
- ButtonFacade
- BigWigs BossMods
- ChatSounds
- Dominos - actionbar
- Doom CooldownPulse - pulses when abilities come off CD in the middle of your screen
- Grid - raidframes
- kgPanels
- Mapster
- MikScrollingBattleText - combat text
- pError - hides error messages
- PitBull4 - unitframes
- Prat - chatmod
- rBuffFrameStyler - replaces blizzard default buff / debuff frames
- Recount
- nMinimap
- SharedMedia - additional fonts, textures, etc.
- sThreatMeter2 - threat meter
- SLDataText - displays guild / friends / fps / memory usage / etc.
- TidyPlates - nameplates
- TipTac - tooltip
- TellMeWhen
- nibChatTabs

To make recount and omen look like mine, you must load my profile in their configs.
For instance (for omen):
type /omen config and go to Profiles and under existing profiles, try selecting Namkung. The reason why the fonts appear extremely small is because I have set the UI scale to the smallest scale possible. This only makes it further smaller for you because you run on a lower resolution than I do. There really is no way to change this unless you increase the UI scale which will mess up all positions of current addons. You can make the fonts bigger individually for addons by increasing their overall Scale but there is no way to change fonts such as "Character" tab without making the UI scale larger in video settings. It is small, but you can certainly get used to it if you use it. I can promise you that.

- Just wanted to point out, again that, your screenshot looks almost nothing like my UI. If you typed reflux and it looks like that, you should load up individual profiles. For instance.. your pitbull frames look almost default if not default. Go into /pb config and go to Profiles and load Namkung and see if that changes anything.
I actually did do the reflux command, which really made me wonder lol. Ill run through it again, and see where it takes me.

*
Ran through the poptisse command again, same situation. Nothing different really. Checked the profile for your PB settings and there is no Namkung profile lol.

**
Checked for Omen/Recount and there is no profile of yours either.

I will try reinstalling it completely, and see where that takes me.

/scared

Reinstalled it, and still the same problems. I can probably make due with it lol.

I noticed the following:
-Text in my game shrunk an insane amount. For example in the "Character" tab.
-Recount/Omen are not as pretty as yours

Of course im not worried about making it look exactly like yours, as it is your UI I would like to make it halfway to being my own . Mainly I would love if you could tell me how to make those two pretty and how to increase the text size because I really don't want glasses right now

I do run on 1440x900 resolution. If this has any effect which it actually might. I am clueless when it comes to UI

Other than that, I love it. I used DXE even before I installed this, the sounds make raiding hillarious

Thanks again.
o..
Try unlocking the bar then moving it up a bit to where the panel is located then locking it. As for moving the icons, try right clicking on them -> position -> centre.
If that doesn't work, I wouldn't know what to tell ya =p

Go into FuBar config and just make your settings identical to the following screenshots :

If you see sub headings such as Bar #2 and etc. just delete them.
Hope it works.

If you're coming out with an updated version of your UI here shortly, I'll just wait for that and see if that clears up my issue. I have updated addons since downloading the package from wowinterface today.

I downloaded and installed the UI on a new machine this morning then went to do updates from curse and wowinterface, I probably jacked something up.

Thanks.

Edit : I believe this is the fubar portions of your addon, but mine are not acting like the screenshot. I actually have the two bars on the top and bottom of my screen. My fubar settins show the poptisse profile being used but it certainly doesn't look like your setup.

- How to enable characet pictures in pit bull like in X-perl where there is a 3D image (it dosent have to be 3D....just something would be nice)

I marked all the stuff in the picture

1. How to move the cooldown timer :
type /fx and unlock the cooldown line.
2. how to move the buffs / debuffs
type /sbf option
3. how to move raid / party frame :
/grid config -> frame and unlock and move it around
4. how to enable portrait :
/pb config. under module make sure, portrait is enabled .
then you can turn on portrait in pb configurations.

You are simply going to have to increase the UI scale and re locate most of the things, but I am sorry to inform you that I will NOT be making this UI for other resolutions =/

Hi there!
For the first problem of not being able to see stats upgrade, I am not too sure. The addon is certainly still there and is called "RatingBuster". Try downloading the following and extracting it in your Addons folder.
http://www.wowinterface.com/download...ingBuster.html

Now for the FPS and MBs used, I decided not to add that addon onto the FuBar, however if you do want to see it, here is what you should download :
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-a...ormancefu.aspx
and again extract that into your addons folder.
Now when you log on, that Performance Fu may not be where you want it. Ideally, you would want it in the middle within the black frame that I made. It may initially appear on the right or the left, and if it does, try right clicking on the text and you should see something like Position and you simply have to move that to the centre.
Moving that to the middle may actually cause something else to pop out of the middle frame because there is not too much room left there . If this happens, just go into /omen config and disable it from showing it on FuBar.
Hope everything works out. Let me know!
Thanks for the help. What I was looking for was to add the Blizzards own Item comparison, but I found it on ratingbuster and enabled the "hide" part for it. So got it working now.

About the 2nd part, I was thinking that I actually dont need to know my fps/MB anyways. I know where its "around" so yeah.

But thanks so much for the help! Keep up the good work.

Regards, Cmm
