FaceShooter is a shot recommendation addon for hunters.

Based on your resources like cooldowns and focus it tries to recommend which spell should be to cast next.
It is a complete strip back to basics of the former version of FaceShooter created and maintained by CrowFeather, with the new and changed featured developed from there.

Bug fix for focus calculation errors for SV and BM spec

Added Dreanor Perks:
-Max focus increased by 20
-Kill Shot works on targets < 35% health
Known issues to be resolved:
-Does not recognise when Kill Shot resets its CD if the target does not die from it.
-Faceshooter does not check specifically for which Dreanor Perks are active, so only enables them when your level is 98 or greater.

Bug fix for a specific situation which resulted in Aimed Shot never being recommended during Careful Aim phase

- Shot rotation still not as accurate as I'd like, seems to delay signature shot a bit too much, sometimes suggests Steady/Cobra shots a bit too much

The addon flat out isn't working for me, and I have no idea why.

I've tried three clean installed, various different versions, everything, but I cannot get the addon to show up.
The addon is ticked and is shown in the list of loaded addons by SLDT, but no commands seem to work for it, there is nothing in the interface addons menu, and nothing shows up during combat.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Seems to be a weird ace incompatibility.

Fresh character with only this addon enabled, two LUA errors.

For a temp beast mastery fix:

go to line 943 in FaceShooter_Functions.lua

and change the last part of the line 0.35 to 0.20


if you change specs, this won't adjust accordingly. could probably add in a check for spec pretty easily but i'm only doing BM right now so i'm too lazy

Kill Shot is showing as usable before 20% for beast mastery spec right now, when it shouldn't be.

v1.2.4 Now available,
I've added support for two of the three Dreanor Perks that affect rotation:
-(MM) You can now cast Kill Shot on targets with less than 35% Health
-(MM) Your Max. focus is increased by 20 up to 120


Unfortunately the API's for Kill Shot are not playing nicely and Faceshooter can't yet detect when the cooldown is reset if the target does not die, allowing you a second Kill Shot. While I work out a solution it may pay to hit Kill Shot twice when suggested...

Also, there is no detection for which specific random perks have been enabled, so for now Faceshooter only enables them for when you hit Level 98.

Moving forwards, I still need to implement Steady Focus, Frenzy/Focus Fire, Focusing Shot and the last Dreanor perk that affects rotation for Survival, which reduces trap cooldown by 50%

Yes my bad. I still play around with the old (1.1.2) version.

It wasn't meant as a general fix for everyone to apply. Just wanted to point you towards a possible fix...

Thanks Reddy, This is close but the focus costs are now part of resources, so the code is:

Additionally, if you haven't selected the Barrage talent, it will still pool the focus.
I'll get a fix out soon.

You can do something like (for example BM)
