1)Seems you're using old version that is writed for 3.0 and sucks. I uploaded largely rewrited 2.0 few hours ago and it's pending for approval
2)Bad news: New version doesn't support druids yet, and now everything regarding what spells to track and how is changed with config.lua
3)Good news: You can take as reference warlock rogue and priest configs and write your own for druid. And share it here, probably.
4)Regarding set bonus:
Find it's spell id on wowhead (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=64823)
and then add "AddSpell({ 64823 },{ duration = 10 })" to config.
Same for trinkets.

also, could anyone check if blizzard fixed spell_aura_refresh in CLEU?

It won't catch some casts and label the timer bar as 2 when there are 3 stacked on a target. Also the timer doesn't account for the talent points to extend the duration of lifebloom.

for now...
add "textfunc = function(spellName, dstName) return dstName end" to renew in trackings.lua (see how it's done on prayer of mending)

further development kinda halted until blizzard fix refresh event

No, its our pets that works for 45 sec, just like Mages Water Elemental. It works as its displayed, but it doesnt get removed when you get killed.
